Berkem has developed a line complete with modular plating systems for the electroplating industry. Such systems are entirely built with corrosion-resistant PP, thus abandoning the now dated metal structures, which in the long run deteriorate due to the chemical products used therein.

Galvanic base module 6 tanks
The modularity of the systems allows to combine a basic module for 6 tanks, containing the degreasing and the relative washing tanks activation, with infinite satellite modules, each from 3 tanks (galvanic treatment, recovery and washing). These systems, in accordance with EC and 100% Made in Italy, are equipped with electrical components totally isolated from the outside thanks to sealed cabinets that prevent the formation of internal condensation and the infiltration of dust and/or chemical fumes.
