Indium Electrolyte for High-Speed-Plating
Indium is a silver white, soft metal with excellent thermal conductivity. It is used for reflow soldering, low temperature soldering and as thermal interface material.
Indium 9200 is an alkaline electrolyte, which delivers ultra pure and ductile indium layers for typical use on press-fit connectors. The electrolyte is characterized by easy maintenance and low consumption of additives.
It convinces with an excellent coverage and improved metal and thickness distribution. The electrolyte is EDTA and NTA free and does not contain complexing agents.
